Whisper is severely outclassed, as is sorcerer (also, sorcerer is misspelled). Fighter actually could use a nerf to balance things out. I suppose I could best suggest increasing the relevance of non strength stats.

Also, the bleed element is a little out of place, and might do better as an ability all on its own. Perhaps "Impale - inflict 50%STR plus 120%SPD while adding a layer of bleed to the stack" and "Magic Dagger - inflict 50%INT plus 120%SPD while adding a layer of bleed to the stack"

Inclusion of both of those moves means that players can strategize a speed based class, which would give the speed stat more function.

BazookaChops responds:

Interesting input. While I agree that the Fighter class is relatively easier to pick up than the rest, there are still plenty of Speed-scaling ability options for the Whisper class such as Adrenaline, Shadow Slice, and Riposte. The thing about the Whisper class is, you have really high Speed, which innately makes you more likely to hit and dodge attacks. Rather than just making more Speed-scaling abilities, this factor can be coupled with many of the other physical abilities. Being able to frequently land attacks makes Savagery much more viable for the Whisper class than any other, as Savagery revolves around chaining attacks.

And that's the fun of the game! Discovering unique ability combinations that take more strategic planning is the whole point. So let me know if you find any of your own unique combos, thanks for playing!

0 stars simply because I made it to the last level, beat the last level, earned my bonus, but retried the level to try for a better score and my bonus was never awarded. Now, the game is unbeatable because of that bug, and I feel like I wasted 2 hours of my life on a POS game.

Logan-RRR responds:

Don't be so despondent, bub, i'll see what i can do )

UPD: fixed

recycled sprites? Really? A mamodo from Zatch Bell? Bleh. The music is lame too. And the stories are mediocre. I mean, I get it. You like G. Busters. Good tribute. Bad experience.

Muja responds:

I get it, you don't like Ghostbusters.
And you don't like sprites (what the heck is a mamodo?).
And you don't like my stories.

All that I can understand.

But if you're saying you don't like the music, either, it means you're just filled with prejudice and hate for no evident reason.

After all, there's no constructive criticism, no REAL criticism whatsoever... A pretty useless review, don't you think?

The controls ruin this game more than any of the other MANY flaws. There needs to be indicator bars... this looks like something thrown together in a few minutes. The music isn't fitting. Story is cliche...

zzulian responds:

added a direction indicator, in v1.6

I was committed to 5 stars at the loading screen.

Salute.

Still trying to figure out all of the cheats. I have
G-G-G-G-G Sentry Gargoyle
G-B-P-G-B Party Time

Tyler responds:

We were hoping people would try to figure them out haha. Hope you find em

Not an interesting story. Not interesting game play. No challenge. The music is poor. The graphics are poor. That is all 5 points of score at 0. This game would have been better if *spoiler* after finding out the main character killed his 6 month old daughter, there was a jump scare or a loud screech.

JackAstral responds:

lol fair enough. I'll try make better stuff in the future.

946 million in ice cream money. Found a very easy to exploit method of making cash early on, unfortunately. I had maxed out max by sector 3, which made the rest of the game a bit of a drag. Max Bounty, Super Max and fire rate evenly, put on the Crock Pot/Fish Bowl/Lil' Ninja (Whichever hat you can get that rewards the most money), leave the damage stat alone and just spam the hell out of a boss. Beat them without using the Super Max unless you need to heal and when they die, place Max on the body as it falls out of the sky and activate Super Max Mode. You will rake in a lot of cash.

You have already heard that the game is easy. You have also been told the dialogue is funny.

The style is original enough. Rolling for a boss keeps me entertained. Perhaps if the jet pack had a fuel level and the levels had platforms the game would be more of a challenge. Maybe WASD moves around, the mouse aims and shoots, space bar flies, Shift does Super Max? That sort of thing.

DarkTimmy responds:

Hey - some really good observations there. This kind of interaction is one of the reasons I love making games! Great suggestions and why don't you sign up for a beta test on the next Boss 101 game when it rolls around. Agree about the difficulty curve since for the most part the players are pretty inventive in their ways to score money. Thanks for the comments and the compliments. It does mean a lot when someone takes a moment to write and rate! Take care and I hope to talk with you in the future! Best, -Tim

It was a decent game

DBuck-Eye responds:

That's all I ever wanted to make.

A game over screen would be great.

Awesome game, but I didn't know I had finished the game. I spent 10 minutes clicking on the screen where Sara is holding the doll, trying to find something to advance the story before I realized it could be the end of the game. lol. Good game.

Black-Crystal responds:

That is not the end. Try pointing your mouse upwards and the screen should move downwards. Then you click on Sara's face.

I make games and hobby game supplies. SEER deck boxes are my maiden product, and I have moved outward from there.
